IS MY PRODUCT DUAL VOLTAGE?

It depends on the model. This information will be in the instruction manual or on the product packaging. You will be asked to provide the product model number that is imprinted on your appliance.

WHERE CAN I FIND THE MODEL NUMBER ON MY PRODUCT?

The model number is imprinted on your appliance and starts with the letters “BH”.  If you cannot find the model number, please contact our Consumer Services toll-free number, 1-800-487-7273, for assistance.

I DON’T HAVE THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL ANYMORE. WHERE CAN I GET A COPY?
